Legal Expenses: Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parking Ordinance No. 1136

On February 23, 2022 our city council approved Sebastopol Recreational Vehicle (RV) Parking Ordinance No. 1136, which went into effect on March 26, 2022. Mayor Hinton and Vice Mayor Rich voted to approve the ordinance.
Yesue et al v. The City of Sebastopol was intitiated on Oct. 25, 2022 by the ACLU Foundation of Northern California, Disability Rights Advocates, Legal Aid of Sonoma County, and California Rural Legal Assistance, Inc. in response to the ordinance.
The table below indicates Sebastopol's legal expenses attributed to the litigation to date.
