Outsource Police Services?

I would like the Council and City Staff to consider contracting with the Sheriff’s office as part of the process of looking for a new Chief of Police.

This approach has been applied to our City Attorney position and is in the process of being applied to our Fire Services, so it might be beneficial to consider reducing the cost and increasing the efficiency of our Police Services by outsourcing them.
